  3. Identify candidates
  4. Screen, process and pre-qualify candidates
  5. Prepare detailed profiles of each potential candidate
  6. Review these profiles with client
  7. Solicit feedback from clients
Step 3: Interviewing Process
  1. Facilitate client interviews of candidate
  2. Obtain feedback from both client and candidate
  3. Prepare detailed profiles and evaluation reports on each candidate's strengths and weaknesses
  4. Select finalists to be interviewed
Step 4: Narrow Candidate Pool
  1. Conduct finalist interviews
  2. Negotiate salary, benefits, and potential relocation expenses
  3. Feedback
Step 5: Follow Up
  1. Ensure smooth transition for client and candidate
  2. Measure client satisfaction
