The EPC Partners Process
Step 1: Define Objectives and Specifications
- Ensure understanding of client's business needs
- Develop position's scope and responsibilities, skills needed, compensation structure, reporting relationships and ideal profile of the candidate
- Identify critical factors such as geographic limits to the search
- Prepare detailed search strategy
- Review and solicit feedback on the “search” plan with client
Step 2: Identify and Qualify Candidates
- Identify and confirm sourcing companies using our extensive database, research staff, and existing network of contacts
- Note any sensitive relationships or “off limits” sourcing companies
- Identify candidates
- Screen, process and pre-qualify candidates
- Prepare detailed profiles of each potential candidate
- Review these profiles with client
- Solicit feedback from clients
Step 3: Interviewing Process
- Facilitate client interviews of candidate
- Obtain feedback from both client and candidate
- Prepare detailed profiles and evaluation reports on each candidate's strengths and weaknesses
- Select finalists to be interviewed
Step 4: Narrow Candidate Pool
- Conduct finalist interviews
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and potential relocation expenses
- Feedback
Step 5: Follow Up
- Ensure smooth transition for client and candidate
- Measure client satisfaction
